Michael O Flynn
Experience -

Michael is the Chairman and CEO of the O’Flynn Group and Chairman of Tiger and VHML. He is a leading figure in the Irish and UK property sectors and has considerable experience dealing with all aspects of property development, investment, construction and asset management. He has been involved in all areas of the group’s activities in Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe and thus has extensive property, banking and funding relationships established in each of these areas.

The O’Flynn Group was established in 1978 as a house building company which progressed into one of the largest property development companies in Ireland. O’Flynn Group has extensive investment, development, and asset management capability in the core property sectors (especially residential, offices, industrial and retail). The Group has an established and strong reputation overseas particularly in the UK but also across Europe. It also has expertise in property backed operating businesses such as student accommodation and senior living.

Michael’s insights on the Irish property market and construction sector are often sought by print and broadcast media. Michael is actively involved in representing the policy objectives of the property sector in Ireland and is a founding member of Property Industry Ireland (PII).

Managing Director
Experience -

From 1996, John created a purpose-built student accommodation portfolio, of 14 individual schemes, extending to 5,500 beds known as Victoria Hall Limited. Each scheme of approximately 400 beds was a new build development using debt and equity finance. Total portfolio value - £400 million.

In 2011 John formed and became Managing Director of Victoria Hall Management Limited (VHML) to undertake joint ventures with capital providers in the purpose-built student accommodation sector, leveraging the skills of Victoria Hall as a developer and operator. VHML manages student accommodation with 12,000 beds across 40 sites with assets worth c.£1.5 billion.

From 1999 John became Managing Director of Tiger Developments Limited which created a commercial real estate portfolio by way of acquisition and development with an investment value of £800 million. Each scheme has been developed and/or acquired using debt or equity finance. Of the 27 individual properties many have been traded and continue to be developed, perhaps the most exciting being a re-development of a 6-acre site just south of the river Thames, anchored by Morrisons supermarket with up to 1,000 residential apartments.

Executive Director
Experience -

Simon is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Surveyors and started his property career in 1978. He has extensive experience of the UK commercial investment and development markets including specialist alternative sectors including student accommodation and leisure.

Simon joined Tiger Developments in 2008 and is involved with funding and finance, joint ventures and partnership arrangements as well as strategic evaluation of acquisitions, disposals, development & asset management across the group's UK activities.

A keen horse rider, Simon competes in eventing and show jumping as well as having an interest in breeding operations.

Senior Development Manager
Experience -

Keith joined Tiger Developments in April 2016 after being seconded here for 14 months. He has over 23 years' experience in the development, consultancy and contracting project management sectors of the construction industry, including a wide variety of projects from renovations to multi-million-pound fit-out and new build schemes.

Keith is lead Development Manager on a 273-Bed scheme in Long St, Hoxton scheduled for 2019 delivery, a 250-bed student scheme in Colchester and a 125-bed student scheme in Leicester, both targeting a 2020 completion and Keith is also actively involved in the early stage due diligence, design and planning of a proposed new 700-bed student scheme in Bristol. Keith has recently successfully delivered a 735-bed scheme in Denby Street, Sheffield in time for the 2018/19 academic year.

Keith enjoys watching football, cycling and is an occasional computer gamer.

Kevin Warr
Senior Development Manager
Experience -

Kevin joined Tiger Developments in January 2016, having spent the previous three years leading on the delivery of Ballymore's 1,700-unit London City Island. A Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Kevin has over 20 years' experience across the public and private sector. He started his professional career as a town planner, before moving to consultancy roles in London and, latterly, client-side development for Fairview New Homes and Ballymore.

Kevin is currently leading on master planning proposals for the redevelopment of the Aylesham Shopping Centre in Peckham; a strategic mixed-use retail and residential-led regeneration project, as well as several PBSA schemes across the VHML portfolio including Bristol (£45m), Colchester (£14m), Bournemouth (£11m) and Leicester (£7m). Kevin is also responsible for leading on Tiger's development feasibility studies for potential sites across Central London and the wider UK.

Kevin enjoys snowboarding, running and cycling.

Senior Development Manager
Experience -

Duncan joined Tiger Developments in January 2017 with over 30 years of development experience across the retail, commercial, mixed use and residential sectors. His previous positions include senior roles at Stockland UK, Crest Nicholson Regeneration, MEPC and BAA Lynton. Duncan comes to Tiger with direct and relevant experience having been involved in the delivery of Premier Inns in Croydon and Yeovil and the management of City office developments at One Tudor Street (70,000 sq ft) and 33 Gracechurch Street (103,000 sq ft).

Duncan is presently involved in our Southampton Crossings project which is on site to delivery 527 student beds for September 2019 following on from delivery of 283 student beds at our Vincent Place development in Southampton in September 2017. He is also progressing a planning consent for an 81 bed Travelodge in Havant.

Development Manager
Experience -

Seb joined Tiger Developments in October 2018, having spent the previous five years working with Sunley Holdings. He is a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Planning and Development, and has experience across multiple asset classes including residential, office, retail and student accommodation.

He will predominantly be focussing on the redevelopment of the Aylesham Shopping Centre in Peckham, a mixed-use retail and residential-led regeneration, and the currently vacant site on Layerthorpe in York.

Finance Director
Experience -

Steve spent 13 years as group financial controller at Welbeck Land, the development arm of Howard de Walden Estates, overseeing property development across a wide range of sectors, most notably re-developing One Lothbury in the City of London as well as mixed-use schemes in Leeds and Manchester. Moving to Ballymore in 2013 as commercial finance manager, he worked on several high-profile developments including Phase 1 of the Embassy Gardens site in Battersea and the potential redevelopment of Bishopsgate Goodsyard in London's E1.

Joining Victoria Hall Management Limited in January 2016, Steve is responsible for overseeing all financial matters across both the development and operational businesses at VHML and Tiger Developments.

Kelleher
Non-Executive Director
Experience -

Michael is the Group Operations Director of the O’Flynn Group and a Non-Executive Director of Tiger and VHML. He co-ordinates and oversees the architectural, engineering, building, marketing and sales teams within the O’Flynn Group. He has market-leading experience in delivering large-scale developments from concept to completion. These include Ballincollig Town Centre and the Elysian in Cork.

Margaret O'Neill
Non-Executive Director
Experience -

Margaret is Group Finance Director of the O’Flynn Group and a Non-Executive Director of Tiger and VHML. She has overall responsibility for all aspects of the financial operation of the Group. This includes the investment process, financial planning and the strategic development of Group businesses.
